We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

 

Eligible Items

We accept returns on:

  • Unopened and unused printer cartridges, toner, and ink in original packaging
  • Unopened office supplies in original condition
  • Faulty or defective products (opened or unopened)

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened ink or toner cartridges (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at time of purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We’ll arrange a free collection or provide a prepaid return label
  • You’ll receive a full refund or replacement at no extra cost

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@printersuppliesltd.co.uk or 01953 887646 with your order number
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a returns authorisation number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item back to us using our prepaid label (for faulty items) or your chosen courier

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
  • You’re responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item)

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product:

  • Follow the returns process above
  • Place a new order for the item you’d like instead
  • We’ll process your refund once we receive the returned item

 

Wrong Item Delivered

If we sent you the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We’ll arrange free collection
  • We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund
  • If it’s already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow our returns process
